Congratulations to our January 2026 Caught in the Act winners, Katie Hansen and Jayne Paysen!
Hansen, PE Teacher at C.C. Lee Elementary School, has been recognized in the category of being there for others.
She was nominated by C.C. Lee Fifth Grade Teacher Kara Bauer, who wrote, “Katie graciously volunteered to accompany my class and I on a field trip to help chaperone. She could have had this time alone since my class would not be going to PE, but dedicated her time anyway!”
Paysen, Library EA at O.M. Tiffany Elementary School, has been recognized in the category of being there for others.
She was nominated by O.M. Tiffany Second Grade Teacher Elizabeth Schiferl, who wrote, “Thank you for going above and beyond for a book delivery for me! You’re the best!”
