It is Peeps time at the SMS! Students and classes have created amazing Peeps dioramas based on books or movies!

Students in Mrs. Wilkinson's class started off the final quarter of the year right with a game of Gleeful Goldfish! 🐟 A fun game of speed and teamwork!
Due to the inclement weather, the Aberdeen Central Center Stage Competition has been cancelled. No guest schools will be present however Holgate Harmony, Simmons Singers, CHS Special Request, and CHS Eagle Express show choirs will all be presenting the FINAL BOW performance at 1pm Saturday in the TF Kelly Theater. This event is open to the public and is a free will donation.
To help offset the expense of the cancelled event, we will still be hosting a pasta dinner from K&D Catering from 11-12:30in the CHS Commons, all are welcome. Cost will be $10. Swag Shoppe will also be present printing apparel and our coffee/soda shop will also be open.
This will be the final performance of the year for all show choirs so if you haven’t seen these entertaining shows, come out and support a great program.
This event will replace the Final Bow performance on Monday, March 16th.

Our 3rd quarter lunchroom trivia winners were rewarded with drinks and certificates for free wings! Way to go! 🎉

Come and watch the Aberdeen Show Choirs perform this coming Saturday, March 14, at Central High School. Center Stage Vocal Jazz & Show Choir Competition will feature performing groups from many schools around the state, and our very own Simmons Singers performing "The Haunted Mansion". Simmons Singers performs at 1:15 p.m., and we hope to see you there!

Today, the lunch tables with the highest attendance percentage for the month of February (from all three lunches) earned the chance to cheese the principals!
Last month’s attendance challenge was centered around cheesy Valentine’s jokes. Students who were at school were able to cast their vote during homeroom, helping determine which tables would earn this once in a lifetime chance!
