Aberdeen Central students got an up-close look at the importance of wearing a seat belt at a safe driving event that took place Tuesday at CHS. The event, held in honor of National Teen Driver Safety Week, included a mock crash and the S.D. Highway Patrol Rollover Simulator Trailer. Congratulations to our First Round College Swag winners! During the South Dakota Free Application Months Student Services is holding a biweekly drawing of seniors who have submitted college applications. We will be drawing for winners again next week!

The CHS Golden Eagles Marching Band closed out its season today in Vermillion at that US BANDS QUAD STATES MARCHING CHAMPIONSHIPS with a 2nd place finish in Class 5 Open with a score of 84.1. The band also won the caption awards for Best Visuals and Best Percussion.
