
Today, Lepkowski's 6th graders dove into an exciting writing game designed to spark creativity and fuel imaginations! The engagement was incredible- our young writers were unstoppable!






Sixth graders dive into historical speed meetings, where they take on the roles of famous Greek figures. Each student shares their characters life, achievements and ideas. A great way to bring history to life!!


After school, Youth Power members showed off their creativity as they created colorful bracelets. This activity allowed members to strengthen friendships and express individuality.






6th graders concluded their Floor Hockey unit today with some friendly 5 on 5 games. Our spatial awareness has taken huge strides over the last two weeks!

The Aberdeen Central Golden Eagle Gymnastics Program will have a kick off meeting for all parents and athletes on October 29 at 6:00pm. The meeting will be held in the commons area of CHS.


A 6-12 grade girls and boys wrestling meeting will be held in the CHS commons on Oct. 29, 2024 at 6:00pm. All wrestlers and parents are asked to attend.

The 7th Grade Band and 7th & 8th Grade Vocal concert was a hit! Way to go!



Parent teacher conferences for the middle school will be Thursday, October 24 from 4:00pm-9:00pm and Friday, October 25 from 8:00am-1:00pm. You do not need an appointment. Teachers will be available in their classrooms. Conferences with individual teachers will be limited to around 5 minutes. You may visit as many or as few teachers as you would like. Our ESL teacher, Mrs. Moore, and our orchestra teacher, Ms. Stubbe, will be at Simmons on Thursday only.
We are also looking for donations of 16oz bottles of soda and snack sized candy (try to avoid peanuts) for our upcoming school social (dance/activity night) on November 1. Donations can be dropped off at the office through Friday, Nov. 1 at noon. If you are willing to help sell concessions at the social from 3:00-5:00 on Nov. 1, please contact Dr. Murley at Simmons 605-725-7900.

A reminder: There will be no school at #AberdeenPublicSchools on Friday, Oct. 25, due to conferences at our elementary schools and middle schools and a comp day at CHS. 💙💛
