The School Board meeting for the Aberdeen Public Schools has been postponed until Tuesday, March 26 at 5:30 pm at the District Service Center.

Due to the continuation of the Winter Storm Warning, the Aberdeen Public Schools will be CLOSED on Monday, March 25. Winds are expected to increase overnight with the potential for more snow. Stay safe Golden Eagles!

Our elementary schools are celebrating #ReadAcrossAmerica with fun activities and dress-up days! On Tuesday, Simmons Elementary students wore pajamas and watched a movie. At Mike Miller Elementary, students wore colorful clothing—and got a visit from The Cat in the Hat!





Today’s dress up day for Read Across America Week was “Team Up to Read!” We got to wear a jersey or sports gear!

2nd grade had a classroom transformation! Simmons Hospital was full of doctors performing place value surgery, contraction surgery and surgery with prefixes and suffixes! These little doctors worked hard and had fun!
