Our chromebooks will be arriving late next week for the 8th graders. Your student should be bringing the user agreement home for you to sign. In order to issue a chromebook to your student, we will need the completed contract and a $25 supply fee. Please read the user agreement. If you have additional questions, please call the school.

Our planners have finally arrived at Simmons Middle School. Please send $5 with your student this week, so he/she can purchase a planner in first period class.
If any middle school student is interested in cross country, call Coach Murley at 605-380-8362
There will be a short meeting for anyone interested in 7th grade football after school on Wednesday, Aug. 19, in the cafeteria. The meeting should only last 5 minutes.
Any girls interested in playing tennis may still join the team. Practice is at Melgaard Park every day at 3:45.
6th Grade WEB Orientation Friday, August 14 at Simmons Middle. Last names A-K 9:00am-11:00am, last names L-Z 1:00pm-3:00pm. Monday, August 17, pick up schedules and set up lockers at SMS from noon - 6pm.
Middle School Cross Country starts Thursday morning at 8:30am at Central High School in the commons. If you have questions, contact Greg Murley or Bill Martens.
Remember - 7th & 8th grade students may pick up schedules on Thursday, August 13th from 8am-4pm. We will also have yearbooks from last year available for $10 and Golden Eagle face masks for $5. #SMS
