The AC v SFL Tennis match for April 8 has been cancelled.

The AC Tennis Match vs SFL has been rescheduled from Thursday to Friday April 8 at 3:00 at the HMS Courts.
The Tennis Match vs Watertown has been rescheduled to May 3.

The CHS staff wanted to say a big CONGRATULATIONS to CHS Alum Paiton Burckhard and the SDSU Women’s Basketball Team on their WNIT Championship! We are proud of you Paiton! Once a Golden Eagle, always a Golden Eagle!


The AC track team will not travel to Pierre on Tuesday due to weather concerns.

Three CHS students won Student Production Awards from the Upper Midwest Emmy Foundation.
Nick Clemens won the PSA category.
Brian Johnson won the news talent category.
Hunter Paysen won the serious news category.
The Upper Midwest chapter covers ND, SD, IA, MN, and WI. These three winners now move on to consideration for the national awards.

CHS NASA Club had the awesome opportunity to attend the Welcome Back the Thunders Ceremony at Black Elk Peak March 19th. Mr. TreeTop took 22 students to experience the Black Hills and hike 7.6 miles starting at Sylvan Lake. Mr. TreeTop said, " Ice, snow, mud and water was abundant, the students were determined and resilient throughout the hike." He also lamented that this as an opportunity for these students to "reconnect them with who they are, where they come from and will help them in where they're going."
