At today's SADD meeting, the student's got information on SADD and then got to try to walk a straight line, high five and play catch while wearing "drunk" goggles. Congratulations to this week’s Golden Eagle Athlete of the Week, Alyssa Novstrup!

In the first meet of the season, Allie ran hard to a second-place finish with a time of 14:50 over 4K. According to Athletic.net, this time is only the second sub 15-minute 4K recorded on Athletic.net for CHS. She ran smart, stretched her leads out when needed and ran a very impressive race to kick off her season!
