All schedule changes must be submitted by using the online CHS Schedule Change form.  The online form is open now.  You can access this online form with the attached QR code or using the online webpage link below. 

Online Schedule changes will be reviewed Aug 16-25 by your assigned School Counselor.  You will receive a response to your K12 email account regarding your schedule change once it is reviewed.
